We had the good fortune of being greeted by Ali when we walked in. We knew the car we wanted but knew nothing about the various options or the intricacies of leasing. We did shop around to do our due diligence, we ended up right back where we started and got set up with the exact car we wanted (after Ali tracked it down from another county).
