I was greeted by Ali in just a couple minutes after arriving to the store. I told him the truck I was interested in. We went for a test drive, and upon return we went over cost and carfax. After seeing a couple things I didn't care for on the carfax I was no longer interested. Ali offered to show me other vehicles on the lot, and I told him I was very particular about the truck I'm buying and was only interested that one. Ali gave me the carfax and told me to research the things that bothered me, I left with no pressure. After looking further into the carfax, I decided I wanted the truck. I corresponded with Ali and my Credit Union over the next 3 days which included a great trade-in value on my trade. Friday we met at 8:30 am, we inspected the truck once more, then met the manager and made a deal. The experience was very fluid, and we were done very quickly.
