Was looking to buy a new Toyota Tacoma so of course I was doing research online and I found Handy's through dealerrater.com web site. Initially, I have to say I was leery of their rating here because it seem doing research online and I found Handy's through dealerrater.com web site. Initially, I have to say I was leery of their rating here because it seemed too good to be true but after completing a deal with them I am no longer skeptical. I talked with White River Toyota and actually had a slightly lower price on a super white but when they started trying to strong arm and rush me into a deal I got irritated with them and went back the 150 miles to Handy's and completed the deal. So even though the dealer 30 miles from home was slightly lower I chose to drive 5 times further to buy a new vehicle and I'm very happy I did. Ali was was very pleasant to deal with, never pressured us, and explained everything in clear detail with no annoying salesman tactics. If your looking to buy a new Toyota I highly recommend you check out Handy's for yourself. More

I've dealt with the Heritage/Courtesy/Berlin City folks in the past and you really want a shower afterwards! At Handy, it was a very low key and painless process to buy a new Tundra. Ali was patient and not pushy,very easy to work with . Only negative was the finance folks tried to jig the interest rate after the fact: Offered lower interest rate than quoted but with a "service charge" that actually made the loan more expensive. Could have been an honest error but as with any dealer, READ EVERYTHING. Buying a car is never "fun" but this was as easy and hassle-free as it could be. More

If there is a one dealership in the United States all others could model off it is Handy Toyota. They are bar none the best dealership to happen to the state of Vermont let alone the Northeast. Trust me I have dealt with the other Toyota dealership in the state. I have lived in a few states. Dealt with some great dealerships...or so I had thought. Adam and Ali have gone above and beyond their scope of duties to make sure my daughter and I got in to a great car. They now have a customer for life. This isn't just a empty promise. I will be back. They did come recommended, but never in my life expected such a experience that goes beyond words. I had almost given up on Toyota but gave Handy Toyota a shot. I am glad I did and will never look back. I used to drive a H*#@a. Now I drive a Toyota and proud of it. Adam and Ali thank you so much. Ali, was very helpful and upfront with the recent purchase of my Toyota RAV4 Limited. The other Toyota dealership (Heritage Toyoya) that my wife and I went to was shady, and would not disclose anyth purchase of my Toyota RAV4 Limited. I had never stepped inside this dealer ship before june 2009. I had gone by it thousands of times to work. I looked & browsed around with no one bothering or hounding me, The workers & salesmen passed wit 2009. I had gone by it thousands of times to work. When i went in I met Ali who greeted me with a big smile & introduced himself with a handshake. He was friendly, down to earth, answered all my questions & concerns. He backed up all his promises & two days later I had my new truck. I was taken on a tour, met the guys in the service dept. He has followed up with two phone calls in the first week. I have to go back for my 1200 mile oil change next week & I am sure it will be as pleasant as my purchase. I will go up & see Ali when I am there. More

Well as luck would have it, Handy's has been everything an owner could desire from a local competent friendly and customer service oriented neighborhood business - All with competitive pricing and the best of can do attitudes. Expect a smile, an answer, honest respect, a great deal and excellent service thereafter when you buy from Handy's; you'll be back for another the next time you need to buy or lease a vehicle!
