I gave Ali a call the day after our car was heavily damaged in an accident. He responded immediately to our inquiry about replacing our car if in fact it was deemed a total loss. He was patient with us through the entire 5-week process of insurance companies finally coming to an agreement. 4 days later we drove off the lot with our brand new replacement vehicle. No hassles, just patience and understanding. A great salesman to work with. More

I chose to come to Handy Toyota even though I have easier access to the Toyota dealership in Chittenden County. This is my second Prius at Handy's. All explanations were handled thoroughly, and the transac access to the Toyota dealership in Chittenden County. This is my second Prius at Handy's. All explanations were handled thoroughly, and the transaction was completed with accuracy and friendliness. My only criticism is that it took 4 hours to complete the process because I was being sandwiched between other customers. Even with that, I would still return to Handys and refer others looking for a new vehicle to do the same. More
