Best new car experience ever! I had a specific Expedition EL I wanted, and found it online at Imperial. We needed it for a trip to Fort Myers Florida in February. We live in East Windsor Connecticut, and it's quite a drive to get to Mendon, about an hour and a half to two hours depending on traffic. I called Santos out of the blue on a Saturday and asked if the Expedition was still available (it was), and we would be there to look it over in a couple of hours. When my wife ,and I got there Ali met us at the car in the parking lot; it was around 0 degrees, and blowing (you don't get that kind of service, ever!). I don't know if he was waiting for us, or luck of the draw, but he was by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. The expedition was everything we were looking for, the price was exactly as quoted (no hanky panky), and the sales tactics were laid back, no pushiness. Would I recomend Imperial Ford...Absolutely, without reservation. All our future vehicles will come from there, Ali in particular. (By the way, six days after the purchase we drove three thousand miles round trip without a single hiccup!) More

Exception Service!!! My husband and I purchased a Ford F-250 from Imperial Ford and I forgot to sign the contract in one spot. A co-worker was having a vehicle delivered My husband and I purchased a Ford F-250 from Imperial Ford and I forgot to sign the contract in one spot. A co-worker was having a vehicle delivered from Imperial Chrysler to our place of employment and suggested I call to see if they could send the form for me to sign with the salesman from the Chrysler dealership. The Ford dealership was able to locate the form even the finance employee that we dealt with had the day off and I was able to sign the form. It saved me about an hours drive to the dealership. Exceptional service!!! Thank you!!! More

I have to say that the overall experience from the get go was top notch. No one was ever pushy or "salesy" during the process. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative while always having a sense of urgency to make sure I was pleased. The follow through from the financing to picking up the car was also fantastic. I never had to chase anyone down or double check. They handled everything very easily and everything seemed effortless. I was very impressed with the experience! More

He was so approachable and intelligent. He helped us with our decision to buy a new Ford Escape and made us feel sure that we had made the right choice for us, It was a great experience dealing with him and we love the car. The best compliment I can give is my even my husband thought he was wonderful. Knowing as much as my husband does (a former mechanic and Industrial Arts Teacher) about the automotive business, this is high praise indeed. More

My new vehicle buying experience was an eventful one. It was a situation that was completely unexpected and unnerving to say the least. So I found myself in a situation that I had to buy a car whether new or used remained to be seen. The timing of this couldn't be worse so I started looking. It was in October of 2012 and I had to have a new vehicle by the end of November given the personal situation I found myself in. So I resigned myself to the fact that I wanted to buy american and I began by looking at familiar dealerships in my area. I'm an SUV girl so my search began. I looked at GMC, Chevrolet, and Ford. I've been a ford lover for many years however I wanted to research all different makes, models, and prices. I live in Ashland, Massachusetts so I picked several dealerships after my online research and my search was underway. I went to several in my area and found myself at Imperial Ford in Mendon, Massachusetts. Now keep in mind that this is not a situation that I wanted or needed to be in right before the holidays but here I was. Let me begin by saying that from the time I stepped foot into this facility to this very day, Saturday, 22MAR2014, in my opinion there is no other dealership on this planet that I would deal with or make a purchase from other than Imperial. The way that I was treated then and still today is without a doubt the best there is. The gentleman that I dealt with then and I still go and catch up with today is Ali Kehail. This man should be commended everyday for his loyal dedication and superior customer service and I don't believe there is anyone else like him in this business. The car buying experience is an emotional experience like no other and in certain situations, can be quite traumatic. From the time I met this man and the incredible staff at Imperial Ford, I have felt nothing but tremendous admiration and respect for all of them from the service department, the finance department, and the entire sales force but especially Ali. This experience is one I will treasure for ever this man took a sad situation and actually made it a memorable one and I am extremely grateful to call him a true friend. I made my purchase from Imperial Ford and I couldn't be happier. It has been over a year now and I make frequent visits to the man and facility that made it all worth while.
