My new vehicle buying experience was an eventful one. It was a situation that was completely unexpected and unnerving to say the least. So I found myself in a situation that I had to buy a car whether new was a situation that was completely unexpected and unnerving to say the least. So I found myself in a situation that I had to buy a car whether new or used remained to be seen. The timing of this couldn't be worse so I started looking. It was in October of 2012 and I had to have a new vehicle by the end of November given the personal situation I found myself in. So I resigned myself to the fact that I wanted to buy american and I began by looking at familiar dealerships in my area. I'm an SUV girl so my search began. I looked at GMC, Chevrolet, and Ford. I've been a ford lover for many years however I wanted to research all different makes, models, and prices. I live in Ashland, Massachusetts so I picked several dealerships after my online research and my search was underway. I went to several in my area and found myself at Imperial Ford in Mendon, Massachusetts. Now keep in mind that this is not a situation that I wanted or needed to be in right before the holidays but here I was. Let me begin by saying that from the time I stepped foot into this facility to this very day, Saturday, 22MAR2014, in my opinion there is no other dealership on this planet that I would deal with or make a purchase from other than Imperial. The way that I was treated then and still today is without a doubt the best there is. The gentleman that I dealt with then and I still go and catch up with today is Ali Kehail. This man should be commended everyday for his loyal dedication and superior customer service and I don't believe there is anyone else like him in this business. The car buying experience is an emotional experience like no other and in certain situations, can be quite traumatic. From the time I met this man and the incredible staff at Imperial Ford, I have felt nothing but tremendous admiration and respect for all of them from the service department, the finance department, and the entire sales force but especially Ali. This experience is one I will treasure for ever this man took a sad situation and actually made it a memorable one and I am extremely grateful to call him a true friend. I made my purchase from Imperial Ford and I couldn't be happier. It has been over a year now and I make frequent visits to the man and facility that made it all worth while. Their support and dedication to this business is far superior than any other of it's kind. Please recognize this man and facility in all of the great work and support that they offer in this ever struggling economy. I'm a frequent shopper at Imperial Cars. Actually I just purchased my 5th vehicle from your Ford dealership this past Monday evening. The latest purchase is a surprise present for my almost 19-year-old just purchased my 5th vehicle from your Ford dealership this past Monday evening. The latest purchase is a surprise present for my almost 19-year-old daughter. She attends Sacred Heart University and will be coming home this Saturday. I purchased a 2010 Ford Focus SES from Doug Hood, who is a very professional sales representative and also has become a friend of me and my family. Doug continues to assist with my requests and always tries his best to get me the best deal one way or the other. Also, I would like to mention that Doug called me this evening on his day-off to ensure that we were happy and that everything was fine with our purchase. I do plan on sending Doug a personal email with a picture of my daughter and her new Ford: I can't wait to see the expression on her face when I let her know that the vehicle is hers.
