Ethan was very pleasant to work with, as well as very respectful and did not pressure me into the sale. I would purchase from him again! Ali the sales manager on the other hand did not honor his wor respectful and did not pressure me into the sale. I would purchase from him again! This is my second time buying a vehicle from Stivers in less than 2 months. I bought a Bronco about a month and half ago and had an accident 2 weeks ago that totaled it. Knowing I wanted another Bronco and less than 2 months. I bought a Bronco about a month and half ago and had an accident 2 weeks ago that totaled it. Knowing I wanted another Bronco and having a great experience with buying my first at Stivers, I wanted to go back there. When I walked in, I saw Carter, the sales rep I had previously worked with, and explained the situation to him. He was absolutely great. We walked out to look at the Broncos, and low and behold, there sat a Bronco identical to the one I had just bought. I was so excited, although, I was still concerned about financing since my insurance and GAP had not yet paid off my previous loan. I was able to provide Stivers with the total loss statement from the insurance, and financing was a breeze. As we were sitting there waiting on them to run the financing, Justin, from finance who also worked my first finance deal, came to check on me to make sure I was OK after hearing about my wreck. That meant a great deal to me and made me feel more than just another commission and sale for the company. I couldn't have asked for a better experience both times buying from Stivers and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the future. More
