I purchased a used car for my mom here as a Christmas gift, using USAA bank. However, the finance team forgot to send the dealer funding request, which caused a delay. I had to reach out to the dealershi gift, using USAA bank. However, the finance team forgot to send the dealer funding request, which caused a delay. I had to reach out to the dealership multiple times over the last months to get this issue sorted out. Eventually, the finance guy and his manager called me to resolve the issue, but throughout the conversation, I could hear the FINANCE MANAGER yelling in the background, THREATENING ME that I better have HIS MONEY. Is this really the kind of management you hire at your dealership, thanks for the outstanding customer service Norm Reeves Honda! More
