We met Ali almost immediately upon walking thru the door and asking the reception desk for help. He was so approachable and the dealership was not a high pressure place. We were going to be away, but when w and asking the reception desk for help. He was so approachable and the dealership was not a high pressure place. We were going to be away, but when we came back, after several no pressure phone calls, we went today and bought a 2020 Rav4, for a decent price. The whole dealership is run seamlessly. We also feel like we were really lucky to have gone on this journey with Ali. He's a really fantastic guy. Best car experience we have ever had. More
