Spare Tire Assembly I was towed in to have my spare tire assembly replaced and new assembly order and installed. My initial experience with the service team was fine and I was towed in to have my spare tire assembly replaced and new assembly order and installed. Parts were not in stock so Syed ordered my parts and I was suppose to get a call once the parts arrived to have the parts installed by service. I never received that call and I had to chase down myself the status of when service was going to have this job done. Three times not including the lengthy message I left for the service manager to return my call to have my parts installed that had been sitting in the parts dept. for over three weeks. More

When I was ready to leave they said we have other truck in there back lot that would work. They show me a couple with v6 turbo with 1/2 door . I told them I am looking for a v8 for towing a camper. They told me the v 6 with turbo has more 7000 pound and after I drive I would it . I did know the truck I got has the smallest motor 2.7 165 now I feel like I got put into something that is not going to handle what want . Sorry but if any one ask I don't feel I got treated fairly. More
