Terrible at communicating. Requested I contact him after leaving negative google review, gave no acceptance of dealership issues, no confirmation about vehicle issues, just a " Requested I contact him after leaving negative google review, gave no acceptance of dealership issues, no confirmation about vehicle issues, just a "Your warranty will cover it" two days after purchasing the vehicle. Save yourself headache and money and stay as far away as you can from this dealership. Once your purchase has cleared they refuse to assist in any way. Emailed/called multiple times and still no communication back, truly they do not care about you once they get your money. More

This dealership put the wrong lien holder on my paperwork at the time of financing. When I called to cancel the service plan, the check was sent to the wrong lien holder. That was two months ago and I have c at the time of financing. When I called to cancel the service plan, the check was sent to the wrong lien holder. That was two months ago and I have called and emailed numerous times since with almost no response. The GM of Sales will not respond at all. They have said multiple times that a check has been reissued but it never actually has. More
