We arrived and were met by our internet rep, Robin, who introduced us to sales rep Brittany Ellison. Brittany is very enthusiastic and had an answer for, or able to find and answer for, all our questions. Since we didn't arrive at the dealership until after 7pm, we were able to agree on a price around 8:30pm. After the usual paperwork and vehicle prep, were out the door at 10:00pm. Brittany stuck with us the entire time, making sure were ready to go. Overall, a pleasant, low stress experience! More

There was no high pressure techniques applied to our experience that was primarily handled by Josh although Zayyad was an intial contact. Both sales persons spent more than enough time with us to fully explain our transaction. When I picked up our car they both walked me thru set up of the audio/nav system which I greatly appreciate. I never felt rushed in any phase of this sale. The finance and aftermarket people were very courteous also. On the whole we feel as though we purchased the exact car we wanted with the exact equipment we sought and were given ample time and discussion to come to a decision. More

My wife and I have purchased/leased cars from Orland and Al many times before. Al has always done his best to satisfy our requirements and needs. We have and will continue to purchase/lease cars from Al and Al many times before. Al has always done his best to satisfy our requirements and needs. We have and will continue to purchase/lease cars from Al and Orland. Al, is not only friendly, he ernestly is interested in what we want and how much we want to spend. He has continueously asked us questions on what we want and need and how we want to buy or lease. Our recent visit , he suggested a lease which would satisfy our payment amount, but also give us money back on our trade in (which we purchased from him). We are readying for retirement and he explained how this lease would actually work to our advantage and timeline better than an outright purchase. Al also was very thorough in explaining how everything would work and the New Toyota waranty would work great for us. The RAV4 was for my wife, Laura a Toyota diehard, Al although it was late and past closing explained and showed her al the new changes and how everything worked.
