Found the Mitsubishi Evo I wanted online through Auto Trader, and since these cars are hard to find in good condition with low miles I decided to contact the dealer. First contacted Billy through the internet and he was able to send me the additional pictures that I was asking for. Since I live in Georgia I couldn't just stop by and check it out. Decided to pursue the purchase and worked with Mike on the price and we settled on a great price for everyone. We hopped on a plane the next day and flew up to Chicago. They offered to pick us up at the airport to help save us some money. Ali picked up my wife and I at the airport which was great. Got to the dealer and they had the car sitting out front for me to check out. The car was exactly as they had advertised and the additional pictures they had sent matched up to what I saw perfectly. I could tell that they had gone over the car and taken care of any issues it had since, what I noticed right away was the new tires and then the brakes felt like new as well. Took it for a short drive to make sure that it drove as good as it looked, and it drove great. Came back to the dealer and they cleaned it up, put new batteries in the keyless remotes, and even filled it up with gas for us. Drove it home 996 miles with out a problem. Had a wonderful experience in purchasing my Evo. I would and have recommended this dealer to others. More

In the last 6years i have bought 4 different models of Toyota, Ali Zayyad is the best sales representative, i have ever met, He takes time to explain different feature of the car and pricing to you, after Toyota, Ali Zayyad is the best sales representative, i have ever met, He takes time to explain different feature of the car and pricing to you, after making a deal, He will take you to your car and show you how to operate equipments in the car. Hes very ready to answer question at anytime regarding any issue with the car. I once had a problem with the 2nd row seat of my 2012 Toyota Sienna and took it to the dealership, Ali's response was very quick, the service technician was good too. I have also met the manager Tom who will bend over backwards to make the deal happen. So far my buying experience with Orland Toyota has been very pleasant. I will recommend them to first time Toyota owners. More

The General sales mgr, Hector Torres, was the finanace mgr when I purchased my second Toyota in 1995, and I always received great service from Orland Toyota. Although there is a Toyota dealership closer to my home than Orland, I always return to this dealership as I feel I can negotiate to get good deals, good service, and feel, as a woman they are not attempting to exploit or "pull the wool over my eyes". I expect to return to Orland Toyota, and seek out Ali in the future for all my car needs. Very pleased with my experience. More
