From the first email I sent inquiring about the car, Carolyn Timejardine responded to me first thing the next morning. She was the brightest star out of my entire experience. She got me connected with Ty, who also is an awesome person, and she even took the time to come out and meet us when we got to the dealership. I was first connected with Adrian, who I also got to meet when I got there, and he also was SUPER nice and took the time to stop and introduce himself and chat with me, even though you all were pretty busy. Ty got us taken care of quickly but it was a bit of a wait for the finance person, however, when I did get to see him, he got us in and out in a matter of minutes so we could get back on the road to go home. This is one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership in a while. Thank you and please especially thank Carolyn, Ty and Adrian for me. More

I was quite surprised by my experience. John Davison made me feel comfortable right away and gave me the time and space to explore my options and mull over my decision. I dont respond well to pressure and feeling suffocated and I never felt that from John through the whole experience. He understood our financial situation and was willing to work with our budget and help us find the best car that we loved and could afford. Overall it was an enjoyable time and John definitely made us loyal Toyota customers. More
