Wow!! What An Experience!! After reading all the reviews, we decided to go to Security and asked to meet with Alise. Although she was scheduled to be off that day, she ended up After reading all the reviews, we decided to go to Security and asked to meet with Alise. Although she was scheduled to be off that day, she ended up spending a number of hours with us , answering our questions and taking us on a few test drives. Never did we feel rushed. Her attention was solely focused on us. We ended up buying a factory certified Jeep and we couldn't be more happier. My only complaint and reason for only 4 stars was that although we were told that their finance rates were competitive, Mike L. was way too busy to spend any time with us and was more than comfortable joking with another employee in his office. Go figure! We ended speaking to Howard, who was a true gentleman but ended up getting a loan elsewhere. Overall, the experience was pleasant. Not like your typical car buying experience. We are definitely looking forward to working with Alise in the future. Security should be very proud to have 5 star people like Alise and Howard working for them. More
