A great buying experience! This was my first time buying a new car. For someone who had two older vehicles, I had taken very good care of them and made them last a long time. This was my first time buying a new car. For someone who had two older vehicles, I had taken very good care of them and made them last a long time. It was time for a new SUV and I needed something very reliable for long travel to work everyday. I visited a few other dealers before security Dodge. Everyone in these dealerships were pushy and did not listen to what I needed exactly. Some did not give me the time of day, while others wanted me to sign with refusing to show me the vehicle. When I went to security Dodge in Amityville, it was a much different experience. Very nice on the inside, without coming across stuffy. Alise Bitic was the person who helped me every step of the way. She was incredibly approachable, friendly, and professional. She listened to exactly what I was looking for. Im not a big bells and whistles person and she understood that. She didn't try and sell me a vehicle beyond what I was looking for. Alise researched and found exactly what I was looking for. We settled on a price that I will never argue over! Alise made the whole car buying experience less stressful that I imagined. I would recommend the dealership and specifically Alise to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More
