As soon as I met Alise, my first impression was:wow! she loves her job. She is like a ray of sunshine at this dealership. Alise restored my faith back in the car buying process. She is incredibly honest and very trustworthy.She focused on me and respected my time. It is hard to find a sales consultant you can trust, I think on the back of our mind we always think they just want to close the deal. Alise is NOT your "regular" sales consultant - her main goal was to make sure I am happy and have the best possible deal.. She never was pushy, just gave us the information we needed and did make the deal happen for me. She did not stop until I got exactly what I wanted, overcame obstacles, solved problems made sure I had the best deal for my trade in. She put in additional time (on her day off!!!) to make sure all was absolutely right with my car. She is a strong, professional woman with an inspiring work ethic. I recommend Alise Bitic without reservation. If you are looking to buy a car and want to enjoy the process and not be exasperated by it, see Alise.
