I was in and out This was my first time leasing a car on my own, and Alise Bitic made the experience effortless, along with the help of Lev Abgarian! I was in and out of the dealership so quickly and both of them were absolutely amazing at helping me pick out the car of my dreams! Alise was TERRIFIC, and made sure everything was perfect when I came back to pick up the car! Lev Abgarian and Roger, the Finance Manager were so informative and made the process even more outstanding. I have already recommended a friend to Alise and Lev and will continue to do so! Great dealership all around. More

There were still issues that were not properly addressed, even after multiple returns and was getting nowhere getting it fixed right. I had not used Security service in the past for logistical reasons but made it a point to give Security a try. I described the problem in a note when left the car in the evening after service closed. Early the next morning the note was responded to by Craig. He fully understood the issue and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem as described. By noon Craig had not only found the source of the fault but thoroughly checked the entire car to see if there were any issues of concern and gave me a list. He explained everything in terms that I could understand so I was able to determine which of the items I wanted fixed immediately and which could wait a little longer. The work was extensive but completed by the end of the next day. I am completely satisfied with the service and will use Security service in the future. More
