While I was pleased with the sales process. I am not so much with the follow up. Unbeknownst to me, my car did not include a spare tire. I was never informed of this. Perhaps it is on me fo I am not so much with the follow up. Unbeknownst to me, my car did not include a spare tire. I was never informed of this. Perhaps it is on me for assuming, but over the last 100 or so years of automobiles, a spare tire is fairly standard equipment. Upon speaking with representatives from the dealership, I was told that there was nothing that they could do. If I wanted to purchase a donut spare, I could so for $600 (price of a full set of tires!). I was also told that they "might" have a repair kit, and if they found it, they'd let me know. Gee, thanks! Left me with a really empty feeling. More likely than not, I will not repeat business with this dealership. More
