Changed a Ford lover into a Honda customer Went to Honda to just walk around, next thing I know Alison was there to answer all my questions and show me vehicles. She's so knowledgeable and personable and really listened to me and asked questions to find out what i really needed in a car. She even came in on her day off to let me test drive another car I was interested in last minute. We completed the paperwork and i drove away in my 2019 Civic Touring with all the bells and whistles. When the time comes for another Honda, I'll be calling on Alison. In the meantime, I'll be referring my friends and family to go see her for their Honda needs. More

My experience over the years is that they push what they want to sell, not what you want. Alison is not your typical car salesperson. She first listened to what I wanted. She researched until she found one to meet my needs. It did not happen overnight. She did not hound. She did not call daily. She did not try to talk.me into a car I did not want. When she found a similar car, she emailed specifics. She emailed comparisons for me to make a judgment. She then texted and asked if it met my needs. We made an appointment for me to drive the car. Again, not immediately. She waited until I was available. No pushy phone calls. Just patience. I did buy that car. Alison made the entire experience a joy. Not a word often used in car buying. Call her. Make an appointment to meet with her. You will not regret it. More
