She explained everything about the vehicle we purchased a CRV Touring 2015 and the process of trading in our vehicle. The test drive was great. It was full of information about the vehicle and all of it's features! The purchasing process was a breeze. She helped us figure what was best for us and no other dealership has ever done that. She was all about helping us and making sure we were satisfied! She was never pushy. The whole process was excellent right down to walking out the door and driving off with our new vehicle! Ball was dropped, now recovering. Well, I slipped through the cracks. A week passed and I did not hear from Alison about the manuals I expected by then. According to Parts, it still could be a week or two yet, manuals are slow, and my order was just placed on Friday. That's a problem. I bought the car on Tuesday. Three days to walk 20 feet to Parts to order an item the customer didn't want to leave the lot without on purchase day? Owner's documentation is a non-negotiable deliverable, especially on a model with two voice interfaces, bluetooth phone, navigation, XM... not to mention service requirements, fluids and intervals for a vehicle under factory warranty. I returned to the dealership for a solution. Sheila Starliper made it work. Sheila has been a five star consistent performer. She accepted responsibility for her co-worker's error with sincerity and tact. She found me manuals from a similar vehicle that will provide me with the instructions I need until the ordered manuals arrive. She listened to me when I was not happy. She was professional and did not offer empty excuses. She worked to fix the broken situation. Class act in a tight spot, I must say. It will take a third trip to the dealership when my manuals arrive in a week or more, but I have content to use. Sheila has been consistently great. Alison disappointed me on an issue, but the rest of the organization has worked to rectify this unfortunate mistake. People make human mistakes, I guess. I'm still disappointed, but given the circumstances, the attempts to fix things are sincere, and I don't want to go negative. More

Nahru was so helpful, kind, informative and patient and got us the exact car we wanted (twice!...we cha Nahru and Alison were wonderful to work with. Nahru was so helpful, kind, informative and patient and got us the exact car we wanted (twice!...we changed our mind in the middle of the process). Alison closed the deal while Nahru was on vacation and was fantastic...she stayed late after hours to help us finish up paperwork and show us all the features of our new car! Both had excellent communication with a response rate of under 2 minutes for text messages and under 10 minutes for phone calls and emails. I am very impressed and so happy with my new CR-V! More

Alison goes above and beyond the call of duty in her job. My husband and I were in a car accident that totaled our car. We knew we had to buy a car pretty quickly but we still wanted to keep our budget. We visited several other places before finding a car/salesperson we liked online. From the first internet encounter to even days after we bought our van, Alison was polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to all things car buying related. She never pushed us beyond our means and only stuck to vehicles within our perimeter. She helped us throughout the entire buying process, giving us updates on the readiness (cleanliness) of our van. With hectic schedules, Alison went above and beyond for us, willing to come in on her days off so that we could test drive and eventually purchase the van. I was constantly texting her and calling her with questions related to the van and our insurance check (things that no normal salesperson should ever have to deal with). Alison was always so quick to respond and never seemed frustrated with my persistence. Even when another salesperson made a rude comment directed towards her while we were checking out a vehicle, Alison was professional and did her job so well. Once we agreed to buy the van, Alison went out of her way to make sure the van was clean and ready for us to pick up, even texting me pictures so that I could confirm! If you are wanting a positive experience at a dealership, Alison can make that happen for you. I can't speak for the rest of the staff at Leith Honda because Alison literally took care of everything for us. The next time we are in the market for a car (the time is ticking on our other vehicle), we will be sure to stop by Leith Honda and immediately ask for Alison. PS. Jeremy was really nice too!
