Masks Service, as always, is great. However, I am not coming back during the pandemic unless you require customers to wear masks. What good does it do to Service, as always, is great. However, I am not coming back during the pandemic unless you require customers to wear masks. What good does it do to have employees wear masks if the customers are wandering around in the waiting rooms without masks. A person spends more time in the waiting room where the possibility of transmission is higher, then in the brief interactions with the service providers. I would imagine that most of your customers are older, making masking and social distancing even more important. More

Wow! Luther Cadillac Service always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. We recently had our Escalade in for service. Randy and Abe were very helpful with arranging a courtesy beyond to make sure you are taken care of. We recently had our Escalade in for service. Randy and Abe were very helpful with arranging a courtesy loaner, a brand new 2020 Escalade! We were able to use the loaner while our truck was being repaired. Excellent. I got some guy in Minneapolis who said they’re too busy in Roseville to answer the phone and he couldn’t do anything because his computer didn’t work I ended up calling my salesman and made the appointment that way. The people in the service department itself are wonderful they explain everything and call you when your car is ready. I have been going to the Roseville store and bought many Cadillacs from them. Your Phones need to be updated so that the computers work. It’s not the guys fault that are in the service department. More

Have been dealing with Luther and will not take my vehicle anywhere else. Service is outstanding and salesman Alix is probably the best in the business. My salesman Alix did a really great job of explaining my options on the vehicle that I wanted. He was knowledgeable and did not play games with pricing. He also made sure I had a loaner car and dealt with E options on the vehicle that I wanted. He was knowledgeable and did not play games with pricing. I came away with the knowledge that I trusted him and will certainly give a him a shot when my lease is up in three years. I was please with the overall experience with this dealership. More
