Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty I brought my car in with several repair issues. My Focus is over five years old and has 115000 miles on it. I was concerned it would either be not able to be rep[aired or too expensive to repair. Yet Allen Buck was able to completely fix my car for less than $200. I felt it was service above and beyond the call of duty. More

Suspension repair Brought my 2016 Fusion in for repair around July because of a rattle in the front passenger suspension area. The technicians said that they were unab Brought my 2016 Fusion in for repair around July because of a rattle in the front passenger suspension area. The technicians said that they were unable to duplicate the noise and I was not charged for anything, including the rental vehicle. Unfortunately the noise continued and eventually got worse which Is why I came back in to try and get resolution. The technicians were able to diagnose the passenger side strut and strutmount were defective. They replaced them at no cost because they were under warranty and included another week of rental free of charge. Though it took two trips to get resolution I am very satisfied and overall i was not put under any hardship due to the courteous staff at McCarty Ford. More
