When we got to finance with George Habib, we found that the alarm was not included on the car but NO ONE told us that ahead of time. That is important. I would prefer the salesmen say upfront, "add 1k to price to include the sounding alarm because without it, there is no alarm. There is only an engine kill so the car won't start if someone breaks in." More

Dishonest and tricked customer from the internet sale dep. Allen and Ty are the sale men that I was dealing with. Both of them were lie to me for sign the credit application documents while I am want to pay of Allen and Ty are the sale men that I was dealing with. Both of them were lie to me for sign the credit application documents while I am want to pay off by cash. At first, Ty told me that I need to sign those applications for DMV verification (????) , and then Allen told me that I have to sign those credit applications for the IRS verify for my cash (???). The reason that they trick me to sign for those credit applications was for financing so that they can charge me the interest. Because they can't increasing the price with the charged for destination & handling charge (they promised me to match with the offered that I got from the other dealer which is including the destination & handling charged). People who are not understand English and familiar with the legal documents will fall into their trap of the higher price for car. So, please watch out and more careful to deal with both of them More

I exchanged quite a few emails with him and his response was prompt, clear and to the point. This approach I did not see in other dealers. For me he was the representative and reflection of his dealership. I was confident, rest of the process at the site will reflect him, and it did latter on. That level of confidence earned him my business before I got to the lot. At the lot, as I expected, everything was clear, prompt, upfront, no surprises, no haggle, responsive, friendly , relaxed, honest, comfortable and professional, unlike other places with old fashioned business model, underestimating customers, nonsense and twisted talk, just insisting to come and drive their car, creating more confusion, more haggle, more hassle, and waste of time; try to increamantly squeeze money from customers pocket from entering the lot to signing the contract.
