Very pleasant visit to dealership for service on my Ridgeline. Carlos was professional and diligent in discussing the service and what the truck may need upon next visit. Very good experience and also a fair price for work performed. Very nice dealership in general. Though nothing to do with the dealership, sadly Honda has lost its edge in car manufacturing. Once on the cutting edge of looks, dependability and performance, now very few cars are attractive to buy. Passport, Ridgeline and Civic hatchback is it IMHO. Furthermore engines and transmissions should only be from USA and Japan, nowhere else. Very doubtful to buy Honda again(maybe Passport) and I have been loyal to the brand for many years with over 1M miles on Honda vehicles plus a share holder. Maybe a rebirth is coming... I hope. More

I was in the market for a new car that wouldn't break the bank and it had to have a manual transmission. I contacted a number of dealers who supposedly offered such a vehicle to no avail. Ruth at Prescott Ho bank and it had to have a manual transmission. I contacted a number of dealers who supposedly offered such a vehicle to no avail.
