His background with Consumer Reports and as a volunteer firefighter really came through in the way he approached the sale: honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on what was best for my family. As a parent of three himself, he completely understood the practical needs I had for my three young kids and made smart, thoughtful recommendations—right down to what would work best for our local roads. Gina made the financing process equally stress-free. She secured a better rate than my credit unions and even USAA, which I didn’t expect. Her communication was clear and responsive throughout, which made a big decision feel a lot more manageable.
