We arrived at figures that worked for us and was ready the put a deposit down and sign. I thought that would be it for the day but to my delight he was able to work out the details to drive it home then and there. I will be back. The experience was great! More

Ryan showed us a 2014 Crosstrek! I love it! The process was very quick. The car needed front wheel bearings and Ryan set it up to have them installed at no charge to me. I was able to drop my vehicle off and get a loaner over night. Our overall experience was amazing. I highly recommend New Motors for you next vehicle purchase. Ryan was very polite and has even called again to check to make sure i am still satisfied after the bearings were put in. The service department was also very polite and helpful for getting my appointment set up. More

I personally worked with Seth Murphy, he was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Crosstrek which was helpful and he was open to any question I had. He was able to provide me solid answers which inevitably lead me to purchasing my first "new" car. While filling out the paperwork with Allen Yingling he was able to provide me with even more information in which I was unaware of. All in all, Seth & Allen were straight-up with me, there wasn't any pressure to add anything in which I was comfortable with. First time car purchase was absolutely wonderful This was my first time ever purchasing a car, and I was quite nervous about it. I originally was interested in a used Outback, but after speaking with This was my first time ever purchasing a car, and I was quite nervous about it. I originally was interested in a used Outback, but after speaking with Taneeka Shetler over the phone regarding various pricing deals I decided to purchase new. After doing extensive research online I went into the dealership to test drive the 2019 Forester and Crosstrek. Mike Francis was quick to assist me, and listened to what I was looking for in a car. I had walked into the dealership fairly set on the Crosstrek, but after hearing my priorities and concerns Mike helped me decide on the smaller and more affordable Crosstrek. It was an absolutely no-pressure environment, and I felt that Mike thoroughly and completely answered any questions I had to ask. After I had made my decision and returned for the final purchase, both Mike and Allen Yingling made sure that I knew exactly what each signature and piece of paper was for, as well as my options for financing and payment. Allen thoroughly explained my protection and warranty options, and was happy to answer all of my questions (though he was so thorough, I didn't have many questions at all!) As a first-time car buyer I was very nervous, but I was put at ease the moment I began working with Mike and the New Motors team. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends, or for anyone looking for an informative, no-pressure dealership. Thank you! More

Very knowledgeable. No pressure. Worked with Steve Quinn at New Motors to purchase a used BMW 535i xDrive. I saw the car on their website, and stopped in to talk to someone about the car. Of course I felt uncomfortable as I waited for someone to talk to, I've bought many many cars over the years, and it's always felt like a me vs them situation. Steve finished delivering a car to another customer, and we sat down at his desk to talk. We learned quickly that Steve is very knowledgeable about BMWs, and was very interested to get us up to speed on the car we were interested in and it's features. We went for a test drive, and Steve helped us understand the car features . After a bit of discussion, we settled on a price, and decided to buy the car. Steve said he could have the car detailed and everything ready for the next morning. We came back the next morning, talked to Steve for a bit then met with Allen Yingling to discuss the financing and maintenance options. I was very impressed that Allen searched many options for the financing, and found an option much better then my local credit union which is usually best. Allen also gave us several options for the maintenance of the car, and even though we chose not to purchase any of the maintenance packages, Allen was understanding and didn't push. We really liked that. A few minutes later we left with the car. Overall, it was a great experience. From Steve's knowledge and obvious passion about BMWs to Allen's financing work and no pressure approach, we really enjoyed the experience. Way different than what I 'm used to at other dealerships. More
