We first contacted this dealership on Friday (5/16/2025), right after a 2021 Audi e-tron was listed on their website—even though the vehicle was still in transit. We spoke with Jon, who promised to call as soon as it arrived. He followed up on Wednesday morning to let us know it was there, and we immediately agreed to purchase the car. Since we live out of state, we were told we could secure the vehicle with a deposit and complete all paperwork online. Jon congratulated us on the purchase and said we’d receive a deposit link via email shortly. We began searching for flights and rearranged our Memorial Day weekend plans. But over an hour passed, and no link arrived. Then Jon called back saying the General Manager had decided to purchase the vehicle for himself—but he would confirm and follow up. In response, we offered to pay in full, in cash, immediately. That offer was ignored. Shortly after, Jon simply texted that “the vehicle is sold.” We honestly doubt the manager actually bought it—and even if he did, shouldn’t a committed customer come first? Why post a car online and promise it to someone if you're going to turn around and keep it for yourself? It’s misleading at best, and completely unprofessional. Jon also suggested we look at other vehicles—but this wasn’t just a random choice. it was the exact color and trim I had been searching for, and it was meant to be a birthday gift to myself. When we expressed our frustration to Jon, his reply was: “Would you prefer to fly in and be told the vehicle was sold?” That’s not just dismissive—it’s insulting. Oh, and when we attempted to contact dealership management to express our concerns they never returned our calls. This dealership wasted our time, disregarded our commitment, and mishandled the entire transaction from both a sales and management perspective. We would absolutely not recommend doing business here. They were extremely fair on their pricing and met at a price where it was a win for both of us. Quick backstory - I purchased a truck last week at another dealership. After some heavy rain that night, I woke up the next day to a soaked interior due to a leak in the sunroof, putting me back in the car market. I called Jon, told him my situation, and he went to work on getting me back on the road. I told both of them, but the actual dealership is immaculate. They do a wonderful job of making it look amazing and feel welcoming. While I didn’t buy an Audi, if I am ever in the market for one, I know exactly where I am coming. I’m confident that the other sales people and managers are just as fantastic. I cannot emphasize this enough: this is the dealership you want to come to. More

We bought our Audi A8 online from Marietta Georgia Audi. The car is great with the exception of one of the wood trim pieces on the back of the drivers seat being the wrong wood species and color. The car was advertised at one price, but when we were purchasing the car the price shot up another $1,799. when I asked why, I was told it was for the paint and fabric protection. So I replied, "So, this is not the actual price then?" I was told that JIM ELLIS Audi always applies this to all their cars new and used. I explained that I didn't have a problem with that, but what I did have a problem with is that the car was now $1800 more than what they were originally asking. Long story short,,, a lot of back and forth. They offered $500 off. That was not good enough. Finally, they reluctantly removed the charge. Frankly, there is no way of knowing if the paint and fabric protection was ever applied. My guess is that this is a way for them to screw you out of YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY to go into their pocket. If they offer a car at a price and then pull this stunt with you, FIGHT THEM ON IT and LEAVE A REVIEW! Before we drove from Charlotte NC to pick the car up in Marietta GA I was asked several times by our salesman TONY MUIRHEAD to leave a review. If you're like me, I don't leaving reviews until the transaction is complete. When we drove down to the dealership the A8 was on the showroom floor. Our salesperson TONY MUIRHEAD showed us our car and kept pushing for his review. A little over a week later while riding in the back seat, I noticed that the back of one of our front seats wood trim was a completely different wood species and color. I called TONY MUIRWOOD and explained what was going on, including sending him pics and a video. He said not to worry, that something like that should be covered. When he spoke to the used car manager Alli Gantt she called me and tried to explain to me how it was a natural wood product and that there were going to be variations. I told her that this wasn't variations but a completely different wood species with no characteristics of the gray-brown eucalyptus that the rest of the car had. All the other wood in the A8 (and there is A LOT) was consistent, Properly named gray-brown for a reason, having long straight lines in the grain. Not the deep Hershey chocolate brown curvey river like grain going through it. Halfway through our conversation it got VERY HEATED. I guess I got tired of being told that maybe I was just being overly sensitive to some minor variations in the wood grain. She wanted to convince me I was seeing things. she wanted me to roll over and take her word that this was natural. Not once could she place herself in the realm of possibility that THIS COULD JUST BE THE WRONG WOOD TRIM PIECE AND REPLACE IT. Instead she continued to argue with me. She had no intention on helping or listening to me. She was only xxxx bent of saying "I'm sorry that this slight imperfection bothers you" she said this at least half a dozen times to me which was infuriating. Halfway through the conversation I LOST IT! I was yelling, cursing and name calling. I DO NOT REGRET one single word of it. When we as customers SPEND OUR MONEY for an Audi or anything for that matter, WE DESRVE TO BE HEARD WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE!!! She never had any intention in helping. She could have done her job and at least tried to help. TONY MUIRHEAD could have gone to bat for us and tried to help but instead asked me to leave him out of the review for her. Remember, THE REVIEW GUY!!! When we went to our local Audi Norhtlake Charlotte, as soon as they opened the back door, Matt Woods and Clara Quindes both said... He then introduced us to Jake M., who guided us through the rest of the process with exceptional professionalism. Jake was knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to answer our questions. He was never pushy and treated my daughter with patience and kindness, which made the experience so much better. The support didn’t stop there—sales managers Jon C. and Ally were incredibly helpful, providing insight and assistance as we made our decision. Jon C. even took the extra step of reaching out to a VW dealership to get answers to some of our specific questions, which really stood out to us. Financing is usually the part of buying a car we dread, but this time, it was refreshingly smooth. Tony in the finance department was fantastic! He clearly explained all of our options without any pressure, making what is often a stressful process feel effortless. It's clear that the leadership at Marietta Audi has built a team that truly values customer service. Every person we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the experience positive.
