July 2026 Audi Marietta Experience ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) My recent experience with Audi Marietta was extremely disappointing and has significantly damaged my confidence in both the dealership and t Star) My recent experience with Audi Marietta was extremely disappointing and has significantly damaged my confidence in both the dealership and the Audi brand. After my Audi experienced a transmission malfunction at 33k miles on the vehicle that left me stranded on I-285, I expected the premium level of customer care that Audi advertises. Instead, I was left sitting on the side of a busy interstate for several hours while waiting for a tow truck. Audi never informed me they could arrange tow for my disabled vehicle, which I now know. I requested roadside assistance through Agero the company USAA contracts through. The tow provider repeatedly delayed the estimated arrival time, and 18 hours later my car arrived at the dealership. Once my vehicle finally arrived, I called repeatedly to verify it was checked in and check the status. There was no upfront discussion about timing at this time or prior to having it towed, nor the extreme backlog of vehicles this dealership has waiting to be diagnosed, or that there was no potential for me to get a loaner vehicle while I wait. Instead, I was strung along for four days before I was finally being told about the 3-4 weeks other vehicles had been waiting. This lack of disclosure prevented me from making a better decision about where to initially tow my car. I purchased an Audi because I believed I was investing in a luxury vehicle backed by exceptional engineering and customer service. Unfortunately, when I needed that support the most, neither the dealership nor the brand lived up to those expectations. Mechanical failures can happen with any manufacturer. What truly defines a luxury brand is how it treats its customers when things go wrong. Word of caution, if you get a factory or warranty covered malfunction you may be deprioritized. In my case, Audi Marietta did eventually let me know that I was deprioritized and failed to provide the level of service and care I expected. After complaining and being notified of the backlog I contacted another Audi dealership in north Atlanta and they said they could get it diagnosed within 24 to 48 hours. I paid to have it towed to the other dealership and have since severed my ties with this dealership. None of the managers responded to or even acknowledged my complaints which I put in writing. While Audi USA responded with an automated email that they have received higher than normal amount of emails which will delay their response to mine. I hope Audi USA and Jim Ellis Audi Marietta take customer concerns more seriously and improve their communication and response times allowing improved decision-making for their customers. Based on my experience and after owning three Audi vehicles, I can no longer recommend an Audi for someone deciding on this brand or another luxury brand. My next purchase will not be an Audi. More

Although he is very busy as the GM of this dealership, Jon still took the time to carefully consider my requests and replied thoughtfully. Jon was so good that I'm not only going to buy my next Audi from here but I'm even considering switching my potential purchase of a Mercedes GLS to an Audi Q7. Thanks also to Tony Jackson (Finance Director) for the smooth paperwork process. Tony seems to be very good with people and could tell that I probably wasn't going to buy any of the upsells, so he offered them just in case, but didn't push hard, which I very much appreciated. I'm going in for the car's first service soon and hope to report back similarly outstanding customer service for their Service Dept as well. More

We weren’t planning to buy Saturday, but with the incentives Tony put together and going to bat with John his sales manager, the deal was too good to pass up. He was knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. And here’s the thing — you always expect a 5-star experience during the sale, but post-sale is where you really see what a company is made of. Our car was delivered late on a Saturday and the detail department was already closed, so the presentation wasn’t exactly showroom ready. But Tony and John told us to bring it back and they’d take care of it — and wow, did they ever. The car came back looking better than we ever could’ve expected.
