It still took a while, even though it seems the financing is kinda combined with sales. The longest part was when the sale had to be typed up by another associate. I forget his name at the moment, sorry. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I am very glad I chose Bettenhausen in Lockport and had Allie as my guide. More

The employees seem nice, however you will not receive a call back and may wait over 10 minutes on hold to speak to a department that won’t pick up.
