Rusty Wallis Honda is about the most crooked and unethical dealer to exist in the DFW metroplex. From agreeing to a contract , to telling me via text a day later that they need to unwind me from the unethical dealer to exist in the DFW metroplex. From agreeing to a contract , to telling me via text a day later that they need to unwind me from the deal after I had already filled out paperwork, been approved by the sales manager and left a copy of my credit card for them to take out the next day . I filed a complaint with the BBB and it took Rusty Wallis Honda over 3 months to respond and all they can come up with is that I didn’t leave a deposit . You liars there at the dealership forget the paperwork that you went and made a copy of my credit card to take the deposit the next day. You forget about the text I still have showing I was told you were unwinding me from the deal because someone else mysteriously put a deposit on the car before we even test drove it. Yes folks that’s right , we test drive a car, filled out paperwork which was accepted, went through a warranty presentation , left a copy of my credit card and the next morning I receive the text . Nobody even had the xxxxx to call me because why????Because you guys are a bunch of crooks and liars which are over rated and unethical . If you’re one of their own family personal friend or employee that keeps leaving good reviews for them, you should be ashamed. This review is valid and asi had sent to the BBB a copy of texts involved to prove my point . Fact is, you guys at Rusty Wallis Honda are just a bunch of unethical liars and will do anything to protect your false dealer rating and false reviews And honestly guys, you don’t even deserve the one star on the rating . Actually they should have a red star for subpar which is where you belong . I also included the 2 Wallis men as I emailed them asking for help in my problem and never ever received a response .
