**WARNING** **WARNING**. **WARNING**I have been dealing **WARNING** **WARNING**. **WARNING** I have been dealing with a salesman there named Marcus Irving for the last two weeks or so on buying a new car. **WARNING** **WARNING**. **WARNING** I have been dealing with a salesman there named Marcus Irving for the last two weeks or so on buying a new car. I had a very good deal offered by another dealership. When I told him that, he said he will beat that price by $500. So we agreed and when the time came for me to go get the car, his manager named Alliona Carroll called me and said he is just a salesman and since she is the manager, the price we agreed is too low and she won’t approve the deal. She sent me an email with a much higher price. This is the kind of people who does deceptive and dishonest tactics to sell cars at higher prices, still saying they are a family business. They are disgrace to other family businesses. Sine I cancelled my deal with the other dealership, I lost that deal due to this dishonest family business. I can understand some sales tactics, but this kind of deception and dishonesty I have never came across in my life. Please beware. There are plenty of other Honda dealerships out there. I am sure nobody else will be this low. More

Manny was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, helpful... I cannot say enough about how enjoyable he made my car buying experience. Others involved (Ondra, Joe, Alliona, and Ruben) all worked toge helpful... I cannot say enough about how enjoyable he made my car buying experience. Others involved (Ondra, Joe, Alliona, and Ruben) all worked together to make sure I got exactly the car I wanted for the price and terms we agreed to. No surprises or fine print. The biggest surprise to me was how much they wanted to make sure I was 100% happy every step of the way. They had prepped my vehicle with a roof rack prior to my arrival. In doing a walk-around, we noticed that the paint had been scratched (not sure how, but the damage was done). Instead of selling me a car that immediately needed paint repair, they grabbed another vehicle identical to the one I had come to buy (same color, even the exact same mileage), and wrote up all new paperwork. Without another roof rack on hand, they sent someone 30 minutes away to retrieve new parts, come back, and install them on vehicle #2. The end result was a gorgeous new van driven off the lot by an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks Rusty Wallis Honda team! More

He told me exactly what options I had and Kevin explained how they came up with the options based on my credit. I am impressed by how they got me into a new car and with payments I can afford. We were greeted by the best car salesman, Robert Granger! He was great! He was calm, well-mannered and asked all the right questions. We were not prepared to purchase as we had our Odyssey in the service area and wanted to look around at the CRVs (I have wanted one for a long time). He answered all our questions and let us test drive one which I loved!?? We started talking about a truck, and he let my husband test one while we were there. Of course, it was immediate love for it! We had two much older cars, and we knew these would be our last car purchases, so we were careful in our decision. The sales department worked with us, and the deals were made. Robert worked very hard for us as my husband is VERY particular and cautious as well as being knowledgeable himself. We would highly recommend Robert and Rusty Wallis!! More
