I scheduled appointment for annual visit, 2000 approximate miles since last, When arrived I checked in next lane to express oil change lane. I was to wait on my car. The next thing I know my car w approximate miles since last, When arrived I checked in next lane to express oil change lane. I was to wait on my car. The next thing I know my car was parked in the express lane, 2 hours later car was still not finished, so I called for a ride to pick me up, 45 minutes later I was called that car was ready.
