I presented an issue to them. The service advisor gave me three updates and told me each time that nothing was covered under my warranty. Later, I received an email from said advisor claiming the battery needs to be replaced and is not covered under the warranty. The advisor then found a way to get it covered; however, there was another part that needed replaced (weirdly not related to the problem) and that part is not covered. Fine, I'll pay it, I just need my car back. Less than 24 hrs later, car acts like it is in a low gear and won't reverse; the engine light appears. I tried contacting the Advisor...ghosted. More
