I had a great experience with Allison with Lexus of Cleveland! She was very helpful, answering all of my many questions in a timely and thorough fashion. I was coming from 2 hours away on a holiday wee Cleveland! She was very helpful, answering all of my many questions in a timely and thorough fashion. I was coming from 2 hours away on a holiday weekend and they worked with me to find a solution so that I wouldn't have to make multiple trips to get the car. Allison didn't use high pressure sales tactics and was very friendly and helpful throughout! She made the generally unpleasant process of buying a car as pleasant as it can be! I overall had a great experience and would totally be willing to buy a car with them again! More
