The deal was so good that it was done over the phone in a matter of 15 minutes. Our sales person Allyson Gutman was again the best I have ever dealt with and I recommend dealing with her to anyone who tells me they are interested in a Mercedes. Not only was Allyson aces but the managers and entire staff were all friendly, helpful and displayed excellent customer service. They have found a repeat customer with my wife and I. If your in the market for a Benz in my opinion you have to look no further than this dealership. More

For this purchase we had the pleasure of working with Allyson Gutman... Allyson is far more then a salesperson... She listens to our needs and caterers to our wants in providing an automobile that meets and at times exceeds our expectations. Her knowledge of each vehicle is beyond that of the norm and her attention to detail is impeccable. As for the price Allyson works very well as if it was her purchasing the vehicle for herslef and her family. When is comes to the paperwork which is never an easy task Allyson is a pleasure to work with and when it comes to follow up after the car was purchased Allyson treats you with a sense of care and attention that is second to none. We had a great experience at Ray Catena Edison, thanks especially to Allyson. She was very knowledgeable about the product, especially in comparison to competitive vehicles, and was able to provide the f especially to Allyson. Within 20 minutes of deciding to get the truck, we had gone through a variety of scenarios, negotiated the price (including options and accessories). The whole process - walking in to walking out with keys in hand - took only 3 hours!! We also had the chance to meet the service department, which was very helpful. We got a 2014 GL550 which is a great car for a family of 5 (and for a sports-car loving father). Special thanks to Leigh for the Mercedes bears for the kids ... they also have their own seats in the car now! We will definitely recommend Allyson, Leigh and Ray Catena Edison to all of our family and friends (in fact, I already have). Thanks again! More

I switched to Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Edison because I followed Allyson Gutman my sales associate from Open Road to Ray Catena in Edison NJ ... Allyson Gutman is the BEST anyone can ask for ... she is great to deal with ..treats you like family and makes you feel at home .. she is extremely knowledgeable and answers all the questions you have ... lets face it buying/leasing a Mercedes is a big deal and is costly and sometimes you get a little nervous ... this does not happen with Allyson .. she takes you through it smoothly without any pressure and before you know it she is handing you the keys to your new car!! ... Thank you Allyson!! All of the other staff members at Ray Catena Mercedes Benz in Edison treated me well and I am so happy that I am now dealing with them. More

I was recommended Allyson by a colleague who has worked with her a few times in the past. Me and the wife went to the dealership looking for a lease on the C300 model. Our vehicle of choice was the Audi A with her a few times in the past. Me and the wife went to the dealership looking for a lease on the C300 model. Our vehicle of choice was the Audi A4, however none of the dealerships I contacted, and worked with, were able to give me the price I wanted to pay. Once we met Allyson and spoke with her, it was clear that she was willing to be flexible and work with us and our budget - the objective being to get us into a C300 at the price we were comfortable with. With Allyson, we were able to do in one day what we were not able to do in 2 months with Audi. I highly recommend her, and am looking forward to working with her again in the future. More

My partner and I have been a customer of Ray Catena for over 17 years and had a situation where we needed to trade-in both of our used Mercedes for a purchase and lease on two new sedans. Unfortunately, we have had some severe issues with the auto body shop (Quality) they deal with in repairing a small dent in one of our existing cars and damage to the same car by Mercedes Roadside Assistance when it was towed in for the last repair. So, we had been in contact with the dealership and management of all the people and businesses involved and have been EXTREMELY happy with the response, care and attention to detail on these matters while doing business with the customer being first and on handshake deals...something you cannot put a price tag on nor find in most car dealerships today. All in all, we can say that we were treated so above and beyond the norm by our sales representative, Allyson, and the general manager, Robert, plus Randy and Glenn in Service, due to our loyalty and the extenuating circumstances we experiences that it simply reaffirms our faith in this dealership, their service and commitment to the customer and quality. We would high recommend it to anyone interested in purchasing or servicing a Mercedes Benz now or in the future. More
