My partner and I have been a customer of Ray Catena for over 17 years and had a situation where we needed to trade-in both of our used Mercedes for a purchase and lease on two new sedans. Unfortunately, we have had some severe issues with the auto body shop (Quality) they deal with in repairing a small dent in one of our existing cars and damage to the same car by Mercedes Roadside Assistance when it was towed in for the last repair. So, we had been in contact with the dealership and management of all the people and businesses involved and have been EXTREMELY happy with the response, care and attention to detail on these matters while doing business with the customer being first and on handshake deals...something you cannot put a price tag on nor find in most car dealerships today. All in all, we can say that we were treated so above and beyond the norm by our sales representative, Allyson, and the general manager, Robert, plus Randy and Glenn in Service, due to our loyalty and the extenuating circumstances we experiences that it simply reaffirms our faith in this dealership, their service and commitment to the customer and quality. We would high recommend it to anyone interested in purchasing or servicing a Mercedes Benz now or in the future. More

Our leases were coming to an end in 2 and 8 months.
