I bought my car at VW Marin and got it serviced there for a few years till I moved out of the county. This past weekend a light came on in the dashboard and I was close to VW Marin. They were able to give me a few years till I moved out of the county. This past weekend a light came on in the dashboard and I was close to VW Marin. They were able to give me a same day appt. And run a diagnostic. I got an estimate and after approving it my car was serviced right away. Alma my service technician kept in touch with me at all times and sent me updates. I was able to pick up my car as soon as it was ready. I will come back if needed and I will even consider doing the maintenance services there even though I live further out now! ;) More

I now do everything at VW Marin and they’re wonderful. They’re pleasant, transparent, communicative and very organized. Highly recommend you use San Rafael VW even if it means traveling further than going to your local one. More

Overall they’re good. However, no one went over the check up on my ID4. Then when i got home, i noticed that my 4 tires all had ⚠️ , i doubt this is accurate.
