Took my car in to get serviced before a cross country drive. Expected to get the tires rotated, oil changed, brakes checked out, etc. They told me it would be 2-3 hours and I opted to wait onsite. Everyo drive. Expected to get the tires rotated, oil changed, brakes checked out, etc. They told me it would be 2-3 hours and I opted to wait onsite. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, so I have no complaints there. However, at around the 3.5 hour mark I still hadn’t heard from anyone about the car being done. I checked in with them and they told me it would only be another 10 mins or so as they were preparing the paperwork. At the end, they informed me that they did an overall check of the car and the only thing it needed was an oil change. Left around the 4 hour mark feeling like that could have been accomplished in 2.
