Sales department was helpful for the most part. James in financing provided exceptional service. Wish everyone at the dealership was that nice and thoughtful. He really went out of his way to make it a great buying experience. I give low ratings because it took over 2 months to get the paperwork figured out with vw credit. (I should have went to my own bank) The dealership rarely communicated with me during those 2 months. I was told at the time of purchase it would take no more then 2 weeks, tops. It’s like after the sale is over, people stop pretending to care. I purchased what the dealership called a certified used vehicle. Perhaps my interpretation and the dealerships interpretation of certified are different. I think certified means extra attention to detail upon the used vehicle inspection. There was no oil change sticker indicating when the oil had been changed last. The oil monitoring system had not been reset for 9000 miles. The tires were so bad when I picked it up they had to schedule me back in to get new tires put on. The serpentine belt was separating at the seam. Had to install that myself. The air filter housing was loose and not secured properly. The left side of the rear seat is not fastened down. Found garbage under the front passenger seat. Does this sound like a certified used car? Of course it doesn’t. But that was my experience at Park place motors. Nope, not a good experience. The best thing? Try calling them to get some answers to all this. No one will call you back. So the after sale experience was disappointing to say the least. More

Great people - no BS. Respectful of customer requests. Only complaint is that it is sometimes difficult to get a service appointment is reasonable time, so sometimes forced to go elsewhere. Nice selection of late model used luxury SUVs from Volvo to BMW. Good pricing and great Salesman. Their car detailing left a lot to be desired for luxury vehicles still under warranty and CPO.
