fun experience buying a new car :) great dealership all around! this is our second buying experience with almin alisa, and, again, he did not disappoint. we went in with an audi suv i great dealership all around! this is our second buying experience with almin alisa, and, again, he did not disappoint. we went in with an audi suv in mind and left with an audi a4, which we are loving. almin was so knowledgeable about all the audis we drove. he was patient while we test drove and rated each vehicle. the purchase process went smoothly, and we are in the midst of wrapping up a few items, all of which almin is guiding us through the process smoothly. a quick shout-out to james for helping us complete all the paperwork and to josh for his excellence in service (we worked with him on our a3, as well, and he's a gem)! and, thank you, too, to vinny for greeting us in the lot; he'd be fun to work with too. if you are looking for a no-pressure, fun car buying experience, almin is your go-to guy! fantastic I've been looking to purchase a tiguan in the area for about a week or two. Out of all the dealerships I contacted, I had the best experience with Al I've been looking to purchase a tiguan in the area for about a week or two. Out of all the dealerships I contacted, I had the best experience with Almin. Hence, I had finalized the purchase with park place. Albeit higher than what I had originally wanted to spend, we were able to reach a deal. Once we were in agreement, the process was quick and smooth. The car was cleaned up very nicely, given a full tank of gas, even included a small gift. I'm very happy with the vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to others. More

Very Poor Experience My initial interaction was with Ms. Megan Gergen when she contacted me to discuss the vehicle after my inquiry from the “chat” option on your website. My initial interaction was with Ms. Megan Gergen when she contacted me to discuss the vehicle after my inquiry from the “chat” option on your website. During our conversation, I requested a list of information regarding the vehicle. While she agreed to provide me with this information, Ms. Gergen actually never got back to me or provided me with any update. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were “welcomed” by the front desk staff, who appeared more interested with the conversation she was having with another staff rather than helping a customer. We waited over 20 minutes for Alain's (sales consultant) appearance and during this time, the welcome personnel failed to offer any sort of refreshment to ease this waiting time. Considering this is not my first luxury vehicle purchase and having visited luxury dealerships multiple times, I can safely say that offering refreshments is a standard gesture for clients. Mr. Alisa welcomed and walked us out of the building. At first he appeared friendly, however, as our interaction progressed the quality of his customer service declined dramatically. To begin, instead of walking us to the vehicle, he stopped at the front door of the building, handed me the key, and stated something along the lines of, “Here’s the key, get comfortable and adjust the seat. I’ll meet you there”. During our test drive, I had several questions for him, none of which he was able to answer, but continued to just say that “Volvos are great cars and well made”. Mr. Alisa had zero knowledge on how to operate the Volvo, the very car he is trying to sell me. I understand the vehicle is in a BMW dealership, however, a salesperson who is dealing with a client who is about to spend greater than $40,000.00 on a vehicle should be knowledgeable of the product regardless of the brand. After the completion of our test drive, we parked the vehicle and Mr. Alisa exited the vehicle and said he would be back. We waited in the car for about 10-15 minutes. He came back with the window sticker of the vehicle and handed it to me and again left. At this point, I am baffled by his unacceptable behavior towards my friend and I. He then left us in the vehicle for about 20 minutes so that we can have our chance to “play” in the car. He then returned and asked us to come inside so he can give us his business card along with a copy of the window sticker. Some days after the test drive, I called Mr. Alisa to discuss the terms of the vehicle and in this conversation, I confronted him about his poor behavior. His response was that the dealership is encouraging its staff to minimize speaking with clients due to COVID-19. I understand these are unprecedented times, however, clients do not deserve to receive mediocre customer service due to these catastrophic events. Further, Mr. Alisa’s demeanor did not stop at the dealership, it continued during our conversation over the telephone. When I asked him if he had information regarding some of the repairs performed in the vehicle, his response was, “Well you can call Borton Volvo, or I guess I can”. As a sales person, Mr. Alisa should have recognized it is his responsibility to go above and beyond to gather that data, not the client. After all of this, Mr. Alisa never apologized for his actions and failed to recognize his ability to create a respectful rapport with me. I left the dealership with a heavy feeling of angst and felt racially profiled. All 3 of the staff members I interacted with were disinterested in my presence as a client and showed no interest in my business. The customer service experience at the dealership is quite repulsive, specially for selling a line of luxury vehicles. It would be in Park Place's best interest to evaluate their current process and perhaps educate the staff on proper procedures to execute appropriate customer service. As I mentioned to Mr. Alisa, it makes a great difference to feel valued as a client and receive good customer service and attention regardless of whatever contrary reason one may have. More

We bought a used car with a 30 day warranty which, unfortunately, developed a mechanical problem at 40 days.
