Quick and easy! I was looking for used midsized SUV with low miles and good price. Had read in Consumer Reports publication that the VW Tiguan was ranked pretty high. Drove into lot, saw one that looked like a good deal. Test drove it along with a Nissan that also had low miles. Liked the Tiguan better. Working with the salesman and finance manager, found good loan rates. Drove away in the Tiguan just a short time later! More

Even though we were close to purchasing the VW Passat, another cheaper used vehicle came in for $5K. He presented that option as well, making sure we had time to consider our purchase. I found him very easy to work with, and the final paperwork process was quick and efficient. I have never owned a VW, but so far I am impressed with the service of this local dealership. More
