So very Happy We stopped to look at SUV"s today at Park Place Motor Cars. My husband went inside, i waited in the van with a cast on my foot. He was greeted right a We stopped to look at SUV"s today at Park Place Motor Cars. My husband went inside, i waited in the van with a cast on my foot. He was greeted right away by a young man (Almin Alisa) , and told him what we were looking for. My husband came outside and told me Almin had a SUV for us to look at and would bring it over to me. We took the Chevy Traverse for a test drive and I was so impressed with the quality of the vehicle I knew I wanted it. We had to talk business, the Traverse had everything we need except remote start. I explained to Almin that we live in Minnesota and I NEED remote start. The Traverse was very reasonably priced but we are on a tight budget, Almin made sure we got our remote start at no cost to us. But wait we're not done yet! My husband was most impressed that a very expensive problem on the vehicle had already been fixed. I was overjoyed when Almin told me since I couldn't drive with my cast that after they put in the remote, did the final detail work, and filled it with gas he would make sure the Traverse was delivered to our home. I have never in my life (60 years) have had a vehicle delivered for me. This young man (Almin Alisa) is what a sales consultant should be. We are thrilled we stopped in today.
