In the most recent instance, we brought our five year-old daughter along to our vehicle closing/delivery (no other option that day). Final negotiations and deal paperwork required our attention but our daughter is a high energy active child who sometimes competes for attention. Mr. Alisa initiated engagement with out daughter and distracted her with kindness and activities while the transaction was efficiently completed. The vehicle was delivered in great condition with a basic overview of performance and operation. Mr. Alisa scheduled a "second delivery"" to provide a more in-depth review of operating systems at a time when my wife and I can focus our complete attention to the task. More

Day began with grumpy wife, but ended with very happy wife! Our morning started with the dreaded engine light flashing. Quickly it progressed to a 1k quote at our trusted mechanic in the Twin Cities. Car was wo Our morning started with the dreaded engine light flashing. Quickly it progressed to a 1k quote at our trusted mechanic in the Twin Cities. Car was worth half that, but we are frugal and usually wait too long to buy nice new things. I've purchased two previous cars from Park Place Motors (not the broken down car--that was a hand-me-down that's served us well as we paid off our wedding), so when I finally saw the light and knew it was time for a new car I knew who to call. My wife and I drove from Saint Paul to Rochester with a flashing engine light and earthquake stutter misfire (not safety recommended) due to the level of service and professionalism of Park Place Motors, and the amount of fun I've had in years' past buying at Park Place Motors. The hardest part was pulling into their driveway lined with so many gorgeous cars, while driving our once trusted--now-rusted--sad car. Almin Alisa and Rob Benson put us both quickly in a good mood, taking the stress of the long drive and ugly morning off us, and making the experience what it should be--FUN! We got a better deal than I could have hoped for, and my lovely wife didn't realize she was smiling the entire test drive. In all I'm easily a loyal customer to any business that treats me like a person--not a number--and shows me that they genuinely care for my business and happiness. Everyone I met and dealt with at Park Place was, as always, amazing. This is my first survey and/or review I've given of a car dealership. I hope it shows how happy I am for the experience. It turned a horrible day into a fantastic day. If a happy wife is a happy life I'll have to buy more cars. More
