We got a fantastic deal and help every step of the way from selecting the right vehicle, as well as navigate the US financial system - we had a perfect 999 credit rating with Expedia in the UK, but Expedia US viewed us as 'ghosts'. Since then, the service team, Almin and Rob have always enquired about us, and been fantastic with after-sales care. We were so impressed by them, it was natural to return and for our second car. A fantastic new vehicle deal was available, and we purchased a VW Jetta, loaded with mod cons. We drove away with the new car within 2 hours. Delighted as always with the service and attention to detail delivered by the team. In my home country, car salesman are viewed negatively and with suspicion, as the industry has a very bad reputation for being dishonest. The Park Place team can teach them a thing or two about being authentic and acting in the clients best interests, not their own commission. This builds lasting long-term relationships, reputation and increases business, as well as fundamentally increasing the karma. Almin and Rob figured this out a long time ago. I recommend them without hesitation. More

This was another Luther dealership, I drove back home to Rochester and wasn't even in the mood for another test drive but I did anyway and Almin was actually listening to the words I was saying and didn't try to talk me into anything. He was helpful to me and Myron really listened to my price range and understood my reasoning. After the purchase I went back to get help from Almin and he made time for me. I'm thankful I went for one last test drive. More

We had only been car "thinking" for a few weeks and car "shopping" for just a day or two, when we happened to meet Almin in the lot as we drove throug We had only been car "thinking" for a few weeks and car "shopping" for just a day or two, when we happened to meet Almin in the lot as we drove through Park Place Motor Cars on October 1st. My last dozen or so cars had been VW's. My husband had always wanted an Audi and had purchased his a few years ago. He talked me into making the drive to Rochester to look at Audi's for my next car. I had a general idea of what I hoped to find, and the price range I felt best about. We wanted some updated features, nice design and enough room to accommodate granddaughters and our little dog with ease. We were looking for something fun to drive, easy to handle, with a lot of safety features included. After just a short time of looking around the lot, Almin pointed out a few options, and I was kind of a hard sell - until I test drove an Audi Q5. It met my wish list and passed my husband's inspection, too. He's fussier with our vehicles than most people. It was a little more $$ that we'd planned to spend, but should serve us well for years. Everyone in the dealership, from the receptionist, sales manager, sales consultants and finance manager - we found all to be very friendly, helpful, eager to answer our questions, and each took the time we needed to get to the end result. Since our new Q5 is a pre-owned vehicle, there were a few things we wanted taken care of, which were all handled to our satisfaction. We left there the same day we "shopped' - driving home in our new purchase! Almin is extremely personable and welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to take care of you as his customer. We will (and have) referred Luther Park Place and specifically Almin Alisa, to our friends and family. I enjoy driving our Q5 every day! More
