If you are trying to purchase from out of state, ask questions first. Also, if you choose to get your own financing, be prepared for the dealer to try and better their offer. The sale would have been much smoother if the dealer had just been honest with interest rates from the get go. Especially for someone with an exemplary credit history. Don’t try to give me a better offer when I’ve already negotiated with my lender. If you want my business, treat me right and give me the best deal. Charles Stevens was very unprofessional and should refrain from singing while speaking with customers concerning their financing. He totally lost the deal for me. Remember honesty and integrity go a long way and that’s how you get positive five star referrals. More

I called from out of town, and he was able to hold the Siena for delivery until I could get over to Jacksonville. He kept me updated constantly and sent pictures of the van when it arrived at their facility. He was friendly, honest and straight up. I will certainly reach out to Arlington Toyota for future auto purchases based on this buying experience. Yes, Paul Ponte made it happen. A great executive sales manager and a real genuine person with a great personal story. More
