My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. Fair at best - needs improvement It took 3 employees and six days to purchase a CPO car. While Deborah was wonderful and Steve was good, I would not recommend working with Alon. T It took 3 employees and six days to purchase a CPO car. While Deborah was wonderful and Steve was good, I would not recommend working with Alon. The transaction took 7+ hours over two days (Sat and Thurs) to purchase a car. I walked in from Costco knowing what I wanted. UPDATE - The Sales Manager, PJ has since reached out to me. I shared my experience with him so he could figure out how to ensure all customers have a wonderful experience. He was very understanding and made no excuses. He is definitely an asset to Smythe and made me feel he will work to ensure all customers have a positive car buying experience at Smythe. More
