My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. Excellent Experience I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned S60 and hoping an S90 would be a viable option within my budget. I had no intentions of buying a car when I ar I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned S60 and hoping an S90 would be a viable option within my budget. I had no intentions of buying a car when I arrived at the dealer. My goal was to simply kick the tires and take a test drive. I drove a 2018 S90 home 48 hours later. Alon was a great salesman, no pressure even though he knew I had no intentions of buying that day. He was very knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and demonstrated all the features of the car. Kevin, the Business Manager, was equally good when it came down to all the detailed paperwork. A great experience all around. More

Fabulous experience with the dealership personnel Alon, our salesperson, made our buying experience very pleasant during our recent purchase on an XC40. He also did a great job instructing us on all the features of the car during the test drive and after purchasing the vehicle. We recommend both the Smythe Volvo dealership and our sales person, Alon.
