I live in a different State and it was my first vehicle purchase online and w/o actually test driving or seeing the vehicle with my own 2 eyes. insert Sales person Alondra Serna she immediately returned my purchase online and w/o actually test driving or seeing the vehicle with my own 2 eyes. insert Sales person Alondra Serna she immediately returned my call and was amazing from that point until I took delivery on my brand new shiny Dodge RAM 3500. The thing that stood out the most was communication and flexibility. I never had to ask where I was in the process and when I made a last minute additional request she didn’t flinch. She sent me pictures, videos and details about the vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Alondra when you call Courtney Chevrolet. I’m very happy with my truck. More
