Oil Change I booked and they confirmed an 11a oil change. I arrived at 11a and was told there were 25 ahead of me and that it would be 3 hours of wait time for I booked and they confirmed an 11a oil change. I arrived at 11a and was told there were 25 ahead of me and that it would be 3 hours of wait time for an oil change. I reminded them that I had a confirmed appointment for 11a.
